Sour Cream Meatballs
Sour Cream Meatballs Recipe

1 1/2 c. Hamburger
8 Saltine Crackers, Crushed
1 Egg
3 Tbsp. Milk
1/8 tsp. Ginger
Salt and Pepper to taste
1 Tbsp. Chopped Onions or 1/2 tsp. Minced Onions
1/4 c. Beef Broth or 1/2 tsp. Beef Soup Base in 1/4 c. Hot Water

Sour Cream Sauce:
Pinch of Salt
Pinch of Ginger
1 tsp. Soy Sauce
2 tsp. Flour
1/4 c. Beef Broth
1/4 c. Sour Cream
1 tsp. Butter
Sesame Seeds, Optional

Mix first seven ingredients together. Form in 1" balls. Heat butter in skillet and fry meatballs till brown. Drain fat. Add beef broth. Cover and simmer 5-10 minutes. Meanwhile prepare sauce. Mix together in saucepan: salt, ginger, soy sauce, flour and beef broth. Bring to a boil stirring constantly till thick. Remove from heat; pour into a small bowl, add sour cream and butter; stir until smooth. Place hot meatballs in serving bowl; top with sauce. Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
